Delete a Snapshot

You may need to delete a snapshot from a prior period if, for example, the data was incorrect and you want to upload a new schedule.

Note: You need to be a Sysadmin or the project owner in order to delete a snapshot.

To delete a snapshot:

  1. In the menu, click Projects.
  2. On the Snapshot tab, hover over the row that you want to delete and click the X to the right of the row.
    Touchstone displays a message asking you to confirm the deletion.

Touchstone deletes the entire row from the Projects Snapshot grid as well as the project schedule, scoring report, files, benchmark attribute values, and associated links.

After deleting the snapshot, you can upload a new schedule in the Submittals view using the Upload Scheduled for Prior Periods feature.
